Christine Lamont, DVM

Dr. Christine Lamont received her veterinary degree from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. 

Her special interests include soft tissue / orthopedic surgery and making every visit as stress-free as possible. As a fear-free certified veterinarian, she readily identifies fearful behaviors and has learned techniques to reduce the fear, anxiety, and stress that comes with a visit to the veterinarian.  

She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Greater Rockford Veterinary Medical Association, Illinois State Veterinary Medical Association, and a board member of the Northern Illinois Veterinary Medical Association. 

Outside the office, Dr. Lamont enjoys running, rollerblading, gardening, ceramics, reading, golfing, fishing, hunting, camping, spending time with family, friends and her cat, Phrenic.
